The reviews stated free bike rentals but this wasn't an option now - would be nice to clarify since I booked esp for the free bikes

Location is convenient

The room is very small, not even enough space to open a regular sized suitcase. At night outside lights can get through the curtains because the curtains fail to cover up the entire length of the window.

Location was good close to the night market. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Staff spoke hardly any English, showers had mold, far from train station - we had to use taxis.

The first room I booked was really small so I paid more to upgrade to a bigger room. Everything went well from there. Nice staff, good location, comfortable, great breakfast! Free bike rides

Stay away. Toilette has mold. Room was not really clean, dusty and worn off.Worst Hotel I had in whole Taiwan, by far.

Decent breakfast and close to the night market. And there is a laundromat across the street from the hotel.

Their parking situation is weird. Very limited parking and you need a staff to help you move the barriers. Once you park, you cannot take the care out for the day and have to give the keys to the staff so they can move the car if they need to. Staff didn't speak English. Very small room

The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small. Lots of useful toiletries. Very quiet - could not hear anything from adjacent rooms. Excellent location. 24-hour self-serve laundry across the street was super handy.

The décor was a bit dated and worn and there was a bit of a musty smell in the room and hallway, but not really that bad. The fridge had an odd smell.

Breakfast selection is limited and dining area is small. Couldn't get to try the breakfast as it was full. Staff are not helpful. Room is really cramped for 4 pax, cleanliness of toilet is average. Price is ard 118twd/night 4 pax.

If, like us, you dont speak mandarin, the staff doesn't speak a word of English. Not even to understand toilet. Of course you can use your phone but I was with my dad and he struggled a bit. In this type of hotels they should have a minimum...

The shower will wet the whole bathroom floor. Maybe need a shower curtain

Wifi connection was super poor. The room they arranged for me could not connect to wifi at all. I requested to change room the next day.
